With the My Southern Cross app in hand, members can manage their health insurance on the go – make claims, request prior approvals, view their benefit balances and view and use their virtual member card.
New app features make it easier for your clients and their employees to take advantage of member offers. They can view offers at a glance, see info on how to redeem them online or in store, plus any promo codes are right there in the app if needed. They’ll also have a direct link showing the nearest store where they can take up the offer and its opening hours.
